Discussion

🌲 WELL, HELLO THERE, YOU MAGNIFICENT FOREST PEOPLE.

Welcome to BushcraftPlus! I’m Brett. I have been given access to the BushcraftPlus social media account, which was either a fantastic decision or a catastrophic administrative error. Time will tell. Either way, welcome. πŸ˜‚ Whether you're an experienced bushcrafter who can build a shelter out of three sticks and a questionable-looking leaf, or you're completely new and currently wondering why everyone is so excited about rubbing two pieces of wood together... You're in the right place. BushcraftPlus is here to build a community around learning, sharing, exploring, and enjoying the outdoors. We're going to have places to share your builds and projects, talk about gear, swap tips, share outdoor locations, ask questions, and generally help each other become a little more capable out in the wild. And here's something I want to make very clear: You do NOT have to be an expert to participate here. If your first attempt at making a fire produces approximately three minutes of smoke and a deeply concerning amount of coughing, congratulations. You've started learning. πŸ”₯ Ask questions. Share your successes. Share your spectacular failures. Show us your gear. Tell us about the weird thing you found in the woods. Teach someone something you know. And most importantly, be good to each other and respect the places we're lucky enough to explore. We're all Pathfinders here. Some of us just have a few more miles on the boots. So grab your pack, check your water bottle, and for the love of everything outdoorsy, don't forget your ferro rod. Welcome to BushcraftPlus, folks. I'm Brett, and apparently I'm in charge of the social media now. This should be fun. 🌲πŸ”₯ β€” Bushcraft Brett
